Bout of Books Day 2 ~ Start of Day

Good morning all!!

I slept in today, and I'm feeling good (besides a slight headache that I hope goes away before I pick up my Kindle Fire) and ready for more reading! :) But first, I'm going to get to the challenges, play a little Grand Theft Auto V and continue my morning blog hop.

Getting ready to start my day of reading, which likely won't be as much as yesterday, since I'm started at 1pm today, versus yesterday's 8am, but with an hour (I listen to books at night before I fall asleep and listened from almost 1am until almost 2am)and 60 pages behind me already, I'm off to a positive start. :) 1st up, Dear Killer by Katherine Ewell. 2nd, No Place Like Oz by Danielle Paige.

    1. Robyn Carr and the Virgin River/Thunder Point series are among my favorite series. They are just both so good. I was so disappointed with Four Friends, I didn't even finish it. Looking forward to the next TP.

  2. Wow! 4 books yesterday? That's intense.
I'm really looking forward to James Dashner's new book too. I loved his Maze Runner series. I've got The Eye of Minds on my list of books to read this week for Bout of Books.
Thanks for stopping by my list!

  4. Great list and awesome progress so far! I have been wanting to start the JD Robb series for a while. I guess the positive is that there are a lot of books to read in a row when I do start it. :)

    1. I love it when I discover a series and there are already a ton of books to wade through! :) It's a really great series and has kept me interested, even through so many. Not many series keep my interest that long.

  6. Oooh... I didn't know there was a prequel to Dorothy Must Die. Is it any good? I think I'm starting to build an obsession over Oz stories, original and spin-offs.

    1. It was good. I think I liked it a little better than the 1st, because it show how/why she became that way which was my question all through reading Dorothy Must Die.

  7. I haven't heard of any of those books! That makes me feel like a bad book lover. I will have to check them out on goodreads.

    1. Oh no! I highly recommend all of them. With the exception of Winter, which is a newer series to me, I've followed the rest of the series for years and years on some. I love them all.

    1. Oh it's a really great book, I can't wait for this one. It's a lot like Ready Player One, which I loved. His 13th Reality series was really cute as well.
